If, like me, you have specific goals and intentions for the year ahead, it’s important to gain clarity from the inside out before adding more to your to-do list.
Clearing out the old to make way for the new – and arguably more important – will help to avoid feeling overwhelmed with everything you’d like to do, but in the end achieve nothing at all.
As they say, physical clutter is mental clutter, so before we dive in to achieving our goals for 2016, let’s clear the space around us in order to build the year from a place of grace and strength, and help make achieving what matters to us that much easier.
In order to create the mental space to focus on what matters this year, we’ve devised a 29 day Clarity Challenge as a fun and straight forward list of activities to complete in February.

STEP 2: DOWNLOAD THE CLARITY CHALLENGE CHECKLIST
The Clarity Challenge Checklist is a free printable featuring all 29 tasks to prompt a clean up each day. You only need a maximum of 20 minutes to complete the steps, with each task focused on clearing out and cleaning up things you already have and use everyday! Simple.
STEP 3: HAVE FUN
Most importantly, let’s have a little fun. The Woman Rising Clarity Challenge is not a serious life changing exercise. Just look at it as an easy way to do all thing little things you’ve been meaning to do around the house and in the office for some time, but never get the chance.
